Binghamton University Parent and Family Programs will host Belle Liang and Timothy Klein, co-authors of How to Navigate Life as keynote speakers during Family Weekend. The free event will be held from 9:30-10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 11 in Chamber Hall of the Anderson Center. The two authors will hold a book signing immediately after the presentation.

Join Parent and Family Programs as special guests, Belle Liang and Timothy Klein offer a fresh, research-based take on what helps students thrive. This isn’t about chasing the perfect resumé—it’s about helping students build a meaningful life. The pair will explore the deeper questions: What does it really mean to thrive in college? How can students navigate all the expectations while staying grounded in who they are? And what role can parents play in helping their students grow—not just succeed?

The Binghamton University Family Weekend keynote speaker is sponsored by B-Healthy: Healthy Campus Initiative.

Those planning to attend the presentation can find the book at the Binghamton University Bookstore and online. Learn more about the authors, the book and how to support student success on the Binghamton website.
